Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie @ Bubba Gump The Curve

On the labour day in 2009, El, Gene, Angel and I met up at Bubba Gump in The Curve. After finishing all the main courses, the star dessert of the arrived: The Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie served in a frying pan.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae Pie

This dessert is simply irresistable. Vanilla ice cream was served on top of the fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and was topped with chocolate and caramel sauce, crunchy peanuts and whipped cream. The cookie was still warm when it arrived at our table. Mix the moist warm cookie together with the whipped cream and ice cream, you will feel like being in heaven, well at least it is for me...haha........Definitely a must have for all dessert lovers out there.
