Roast Stuff @ Crown Palace

Yea yea, my third post on Crown Palace. For this round, mum and I tried their roast stuff rice. I had the double mix rice while mum had the triple mix rice.

 Triple mix set (RM 9.00)
Consisted of roast pork, roast duck and char siew.

 Double mix rice (RM 7.50)
Consisted of roast duck and roast pork. Really really bad choice....Both the roast duck and roast pork skin is soft and soggy. Not good at all. I think they must have prepared them very early. When we order, they just heat it up causing the skin to be soggy. I will never go back for their roast stuffs.

Revisit to Crown Palace @ OUG

Yep, I am back for Crown Palace's 50 % discount promo dishes. It is definitely a place worth to eat with the 50 % discount.

Foo Yung Fried Egg (RM 18, after 50 % = RM 9)
Er....nothing special.............

Curry Mix Vegetable (RM 18, after 50 %= RM 9)
The ingredients used are tofu pok, brinjals, ladies fingers and cabbages. I like the curry gravy, whereby I can eat the gravy with the plain rice alone. Yummm.....

Thai Style Fish (RM 26, after 50 % = RM 13)
The Tilapia fish is fried until very crispy. I actually ate the bones as well because they are so crispy. Taste wise, itis ok. I find it a bit too spicy for me but mum and bro likes them.

Total damage = RM 36.30 (including 2 large rice: RM 2.40 + 1 small rice : RM 0.70 + 2 warm water: RM 1.00 & 1 chinese tea: RM 0.50)

Crown Palace @ OUG

Two months ago, I visited Crown Palace Restaurant with my mum for dinner. Crown Palace is actually a Chinese restaurant which serves Dim Sum in the morning till lunch and at night, it acts as a place to eat Chinese dishes. While I was there, they are having 50 % discount for selected dishes. Thus, we ordered all dishes which have 50 % discount.

Stir fried sweet potato leave (RM 8, after 50 % = RM 4)
The vege is plain fried with garlic. Quite good.

Claypot Tilapia (RM 28, after 50% = RM 14)
This is my first time eating Tilapia cooked in a claypot. It is actually cooked in a herbal soup broth. Wine were added in to make the soup more delicious. The fish given is fresh but I think they overcooked it as the flesh is too soft. Overall, I quite like this dish.
