 Nice dining set

 

 Fried lettuce with fermented beancurd = RM 18

This is my first time eating lettuce fried with fermented beancurd....Initially, I thought it will be very salty because of the fermented beancurd, but I was wrong. The taste is just right, not too salty and is very fragrant. The gravy itself is so good to eat with plain rice.

 

 



Steam fish mouth with black bean sauce = RM 30

I like the smooth gelatinous fish mouth texture, but unfortunately it has very strong fishy taste. In order to overcome the fishy taste, I need to eat with the black bean sauce. 



The price of the food here is actually quite pricey but has a wide range of yummy dishes....I will be back for more.....


Total damage = RM 62.70 (including 10 % tax + 3 white rice = RM 6, 1 tissue = RM 2 + 2 plain water = RM 1)

2 people portion chicken (RM 20)

I don't really like the chicken as it is still slightly uncooked....you can actually still see blood oozing out from the chicken meat and the meat is too tough to chew.....I definitely had better ones in KL....

 

 

Meatball soup (RM 1.50)

The meatball is good because it has the dried squid in it making it more fragrant....

 

 

Fish ball soup (RM 1.50)

Quite good as well.....springy.....

 

 

I ordered the plain Kuew Teow soup to eat with the above dishes....nothing to shout about.....

Total damage: RM 27.00 including 1 glass of warm water, 2 bowls of rice

The meaty frog is nice to be eaten together with the plain porridge...I actually like to eat the porridge together with just the gravy as it is not too spicy.

 

 



Mixed style chicken = RM 14

There are 2 styles of chicken being served in this dish...Thai style and Lemon style.....
