Fatty Bak Kut Teh & Fish Head Restaurant @ Old Klang Road

Fatty Bak Kut Teh Restaurant is a well known place for its' Bak Kut Teh and steamed fish head. For this round, we only ordered the steamed fish head and 2 bowl of rice.

Although we ordered a small fish head, the fish head were quite big and meaty. Luckily we didn't order their bak kut teh; if not, I don't think we can finish them. The fish were steamed on a burner which is good to keep it warm.
Steamed to just right where the flesh were smooth and silky without the muddy taste. If I am not wrong, this fish is of a type of fresh water fish. Love the accompanying chopped ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Yummy yummy......
